Donate your IT equipment

Contribute towards a brighter tomorrow.

For us to make a difference, we rely largely on the generosity of our donors and strategic partners.

The Donation
Process

How it works

Step 01

We will collect donated IT equipment.

If you have a minimum volume of 30 assets to donate (including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, multi-functional printers, server and network equipment, desktops and screens etc.), we will collect it all, at no cost to you.

Step 02

Refurbishing of equipment.

Alongside our professional refurbishment partners, we will clean, repair, erase all data securely (using the ISO 27001 certified data process) and recycle unused assets.

Step 03

A full status report is shared with you.

After approximately 6 weeks, donors will receive a status report indicating the quality of each donated asset, listed according to its original serial and tracking number.

Data wipe and any destruction certificates are included.
